The Promoter Boehringer Ingelheim Limited a company registered under the laws of England and Wales (711858) of Ellesfield Avenue, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8YS.
The promotion is only open to UK residents over the age of 18. This excludes employees of BI Limited, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
Entries will be judged by employees and associates of the BI UK Pharmaton team. A winner will be chosen for a cash prize of £1500 and two runners up will win a £200 voucher for Red Letter Days. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner and runners-up will be solely responsible for travel to and from their chosen gift experience. Any additional terms specified by the experience provider will also apply. In such cases BI will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of the experience. Any additional terms of entry specified by the venue will also apply.
If the winner and runners-up are unable to be contacted within a reasonable period or prizes are declined, supplementary winners may be selected at the promoter’s discretion. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner to take up the specified prize.
Any prizes must be redeemed by September 30th 2012, however the Promoter reserves the right to extend the deadline for a reasonable time. The offer will be subject to opening times and usual Conditions of Entry to the resort.
No alternative prizes are available.
No purchase is necessary.
The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. The prize is not transferable.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

The closing date for the receipt of entries is 31st August 2011 unless this date in extended by the Promoter.
The winner and runners-up will be notified by 30th September 2011 (This date may be extended it the closing date is postponed).
The winners, runners-up and the people who nominated them, will be notified by email and telephone. Please be sure to provide a working email address and telephone number.

In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, BI reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of any winner; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all entrants.
The winner and runners-up will be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name and county and your competition entry being made publicly available if your entry wins.
